Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7 prices leak as we await the big debut

A previous leak suggested that we’d see a price hike for both the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7. However, WinFuture is now reporting the opposite. According to the publication, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to cost the same as its predecessor, at least in Europe. Even more surprising, WinFuture claims the Galaxy Z Flip 7 might actually come with a lower price tag than last year’s model.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will reportedly be priced at €1,999 for the 256GB model, €2,119 for 512GB, and €2,359 for the 1TB version. That matches the pricing of its predecessor, which means there will be no price hike, at least in Europe. Pricing for the US market is still under wraps, but we may get more information in the coming days.

The main highlight of the report is the claim that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be cheaper than its predecessor. Frankly, it sounds too good to be true, but given Ronald Quandt’s solid track record, it seems plausible. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 might come at €1,099 for the 256GB model and €1,219 for the 512GB variant. So far, no leaks have suggested a 1TB version for the Flip 7.

One possible reason Samsung might be able to lower the price of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is the use of its in-house Exynos 2500 chipset. On the other hand, renders have confirmed a major redesign of the Flip 7’s cover screen, which could justify a standard price. Of course, these are still just rumors for now, but I really hope they turn out to be true.
