Samsung Begins One UI 8 Testing for Galaxy A34

Samsung’s new foldables come with One UI 8 pre-installed, so there’s no need to update them to enjoy the latest operating system. Pre-orders are now open, with retail availability beginning on July 25. As the launch date approaches, Samsung has been ramping up testing for One UI 8, with the Galaxy A34 being the latest device spotted in the process.

Galaxy A34 is a step closer to the One UI 8 update

Akhilesh Kumar has spotted that Samsung is now internally testing the Android 16-based One UI 8 build for the Galaxy A34. He also shared the build number: A346BXXUAEYG3. This suggests that the Galaxy A34 is one step closer to receiving the One UI 8 update. Several devices are already undergoing testing, and the Galaxy A34 appears to be the latest to join the list.

At the moment, One UI 8 is available in beta form only on the Galaxy S25 trio. Not even the Galaxy S25 Edge has access yet.
