Samsung Shares AI-Driven Outlook for H2 2025 Growth

Samsung recently shared its financial results for Q2 2025 as well as its growth strategy for the second half of the year. A major highlight of the plan is the company’s push to meet rising demand for AI-driven solutions. It aims to offer more AI-powered products to its customers across multiple segments, such as semiconductors, smartphones, and TVs.
Samsung aims to double down on AI for H2 2025
While Samsung’s Q2 2025 performance was not quite strong, the firm expects to see a boost in its business in the second half of the year, with AI advancements playing an integral role. Several major cloud service providers have recently ramped up investments to support AI applications. This suggests the market will see solid AI-server demand for DRAM in the coming months.
The Korean firm says its memory business unit will proactively address the need for high-density products. It also plans to diversify its offerings through HBM, server LPDDR5x, high-density DDR5, 24Gb GDDR7, and other memory solutions.
Samsung will also double down on AI features for its smartphones, which have already received a strong response from consumers globally. In the second half of 2025, the company will focus more on spotlighting the AI functionality of the Galaxy A mid-range series. This approach could boost sales of the latest models, such as the Galaxy A56 and A36, which feature Awesome Intelligence — a suite of AI-powered tools optimized for mid-range hardware. On top of that, it will strengthen the AI capabilities of Galaxy tablets and wearables.
Speaking of its TV business, in Q2 2025, Samsung saw increased sales of premium products such as Neo QLED and OLED TVs. The company is now gearing up for peak-season demand in the second half of the year. As part of its strategy, it plans to strengthen its lineup of high-value-added TVs with cutting-edge AI features.
Earlier this year, Samsung introduced its Vision AI suite for its latest smart TVs. The suite includes a bunch of features such as AI Upscaling Pro, Click to Search, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, and Universal Gesture Control. There is no doubt that these features help Samsung stand out in the competitive premium TV market and have contributed to increased sales.
