The Galaxy S26 Ultra is widely expected to support 60W wired charging, powered by Samsung’s new Super Fast Charging 3.0 technology. If the rumors hold, it will mark the company’s first major charging upgrade in years. Now, a quietly listed accessory on Samsung’s own website appears to reveal the 60W charger buyers may need for the upcoming flagship.

Samsung lists a new 60W charger ahead of Galaxy S26 Ultra launch

For the past several years, Samsung flagships have charged at a maximum speed of 45W. The company may finally break free from it next year, and the latest sighting on its website further fuels the speculations. A charger called the Samsung 60W Power Adapter has appeared online without any announcement. The adapter bears the model number EP-T6010 and appears to support up to 60W (3A, 20V) output through a single USB-C port.

It boasts USB PD 3.1 PPS, the latest version of the fast-charging protocol, a notable upgrade over the older USB PD 3.0 PPS standard used in Samsung’s current chargers. The new power brick also features Smart IC technology to minimize power consumption when not actively charging a device but still connected to a power outlet. Samsung claims standby power consumption as low as 5mW.

Unlike some high-wattage chargers, Samsung’s upcoming EP-T6010 model doesn’t require a special 5A USB-C cable to deliver 60W of power. It can dynamically adjust its voltage between 5V and 20V, charging supported devices at up to 60W speeds with a 3A cable. Samsung may have engineered this charger with the Galaxy S26 Ultra in mind, but it can also power other electronic gadgets, including laptops.

While it’s unclear whether this listing is intentional or accidental, it’s a strong hint that Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy S26 Ultra with 60W wired charging. Even wireless charging may get a boost from 15W to 25W, thanks to built-in Qi2 support. Stay tuned for the official launch in the first quarter of 2026.
