Samsung Launches World’s First Micro RGB TV with 130-Inch Screen

Samsung has brought a revolution in ultra-premium television technology. The company today launched the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV (R95H model), setting a new benchmark for large-screen home entertainment. It will showcase the TV at CES 2026 (January 6-9) in Las Vegas.

Samsung’s most advanced Micro RGB innovations to date redefine what a TV can offer

Last year, Samsung launched the world’s first Micro RGB TV with a massive 115-inch screen, featuring a micro-scale RGB LED backlight. The company has now taken this innovation further by introducing an even larger 130-inch model. The new Micro RGB TV features next-generation color technology with premium aesthetics. It feels more like an immersive window than a traditional TV, visually expanding the room.

The TV features a Timeless Frame, inspired by modern galleries and architectural windows. The frame gives the ultra-large screen a floating appearance, making the TV an artistic centerpiece. With sound baked into the frame, picture and audio feel naturally connected in the space.

The TV uses Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro to improve dull tones and refine contrast. As a result, it can deliver vivid color and subtle detail in both bright and dark scenes for a more realistic picture. Thanks to Micro RGB Precision Color 100, the display covers 100% of the BT.2020 wide color gamut, boosting picture performance.

The new model has been certified by the Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) for precise color reproduction. Samsung’s Glare Free technology also reduces reflections, delivering clear images in various lighting conditions. Likewise, HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio offer an improved picture and sound quality.

In the AI segment, Samsung uses its enhanced Vision AI Companion to make the viewing experience smarter. The AI system enables conversational search, proactive content recommendations, and access to innovative features and apps. These include AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.

Previously, Samsung confirmed that its 2026 Micro RGB TV lineup will be available in multiple sizes, including 55, 65, 75, 85, 100, and 115 inches. However, as of now, it’s unclear when the company will make its 130-inch Micro RGB TV available for purchase.
