One UI 8 Beta 2 Available for Galaxy A35 with Bug Fixes

Over the past few days, Samsung has rolled out new One UI 8 beta updates for several Galaxy devices. The Galaxy A55, A54, and A36 picked up their second beta builds during this period. Now, the Galaxy A35 has joined the party. Samsung just started pushing Beta 2 to the mid-range model, introducing a wave of critical bug fixes and stability improvements.
Galaxy A35 picks up second One UI 8 beta update
The new software, identified by the firmware build number ZYI6, is available to Galaxy A35 users in India who participated in Samsung’s One UI 8 Beta Program. It continues to include the September 2025 security patch, which was first bundled with the initial Beta release earlier this month, so no new security fixes. However, the update brings a bunch of bug fixes.
According to the official changelog, a major bug with the Video Digital Image Stabilization feature on the front camera’s quick take mode has been resolved. Samsung has also improved the Photo Editor stability following reports of the app crashing when adjusting sticker settings. Additionally, notes taken during calls now properly appear in recent logs, while the predictive text suggestions no longer incorrectly surface in password fields.
In addition to these targeted fixes, Samsung has delivered broader performance improvements and CP crash patches, making this second Beta feel like a meaningful step toward One UI 8 stability for the Galaxy A35. Beta users can grab the new build by heading to Settings > Software Update > Download and install.
For those not yet enrolled, the Beta Program may still be available through the Samsung Members app. If you join today, you can directly download the ZYI6 build, skipping the original beta release. Unfortunately, the program isn’t available globally, but is limited to India, Korea, and select other regions. Galaxy A35 users in the rest of the world must wait for the stable release. which should arrive in October.
