Galaxy Tab A11, Tab A11+ Tipped To Launch in India Next Month

Samsung’s upcoming tablets, the Galaxy Tab A11 and Galaxy Tab A11+, have already passed through several certification listings. All of them point to one thing: the launch is imminent. A recent tip also suggests that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab A11 and Tab A11+ in India this September.

According to reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab A11 series in India next month. The exact launch date is still under wraps, but we now know the launch is near. It will succeed the Galaxy Tab A9 and Galaxy Tab A9+ tablets, which were released in 2023. Do not be confused as there is no Galaxy Tab A10 since Samsung appears to have skipped that model number entirely.

Earlier today, a live image of the Galaxy Tab A11 also surfaced online (h/t: SamLover). It came from a recent listing on Safety Korea. As usual, these images do not reveal much beyond a generic black slate. There does not appear to be a major design change either. The certification also confirms the model numbers SM-X133 and SM-X135N. You can check out the live image below.

Previous certifications revealed that the Galaxy Tab A11 will feature a 5,100mAh battery, which translates to a 4,980mAh rated capacity. If this information is accurate, the battery will not see an upgrade compared to its predecessor. Samsung is sticking with the usual two variants, one Wi-Fi and the other LTE.

A report also confirmed there will be no chipset upgrade, meaning the Galaxy Tab A11 will likely ship with the MediaTek MT8781 (Helio G99), the same processor as before. The device might run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. Pricing details have not yet been revealed, but the tablet will target the budget segment.
