First Galaxy S26 Ultra Camera Samples Are Here

As you might know, someone managed to get their hands on a Galaxy S26 Ultra retail unit, and they haven’t slowed down since. A steady stream of details has been coming out. Courtesy of Sahil Karoul, we’ve already seen the Privacy Display feature in action. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s now shared the first camera samples from the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Before getting into the images, you must know that not much seems to have changed compared to its predecessor in terms of camera hardware. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is likely sticking with the same 200MP sensor found in the S25 Ultra. That said, there appear to be some tweaks to the ultra-wide and periscope telephoto cameras. Galaxy S25 Ultra vs. Galaxy S26 Ultra camera samples

This is by no means a detailed comparison, and we’ll have to wait a little longer for that. Still, it does give us a rough idea of what’s different. For starters, the larger aperture seems to be pulling its weight. The Galaxy S26 Ultra’s camera samples appear to capture more light. That said, with the technical details still up in the air, it wouldn’t be fair to call this a win or a loss just yet.
