Samsung led the Q1 2025 global smartphone market thanks to solid sales of its flagships and mid-range devices alike. Samsung’s flagship offering made it to the list of the five best-selling smartphone models in March 2025.

According to Counterpoint Research, the Galaxy S25 Ultra accounted for 8% of all smartphone sales in the US in March. This allowed Samsung to hold the fourth position in the top five best-selling smartphones list. Likewise, it achieved a 7% share in Germany and 21% in South Korea, becoming the outright favorite among Android smartphone buyers.
