Samsung Fixes Gesture Issues in Latest One Hand Operation+ Update

Samsung is rolling out a new update for its popular Good Lock module, One Hand Operation+. The update brings a mix of usability tweaks and important bug fixes, particularly for devices running One UI 8.5. It should be available for all Galaxy users in the coming days.

One Hand Operation+ gets a new update with key fixes

One Hand Operation+ lets you create custom gesture handles on Galaxy devices. You can quickly execute various tasks using different gestures on either edge of the screen. A couple of weeks ago, Samsung pushed an update to add the ability to enable Privacy Display using gestures on the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Now, a new update is here with fresh changes.

The latest release for One Hand Operation+ introduces version 8.8.11.0, setting the “System back gesture” option enabled by default on devices running One UI 8.5. Additionally, Samsung has addressed a notable issue affecting gesture responsiveness. Some users experienced malfunctions with gesture inputs after rotating their device’s screen, which could disrupt navigation until the app or screen state was reset.

With this update, that problem has been fixed. Gestures should now remain consistent and responsive regardless of orientation changes, making the app more reliable in everyday use. Well, the previous release also promised a fix for this issue, but it apparently returned for some users.

As with most updates, Samsung has also included general bug fixes and stability improvements in this One Hand Operation+ update. These typically target minor glitches and performance inconsistencies to ensure smoother operation across supported devices. If you use this Good Lock module on your Galaxy device, watch out for an update in the coming days. You can update the app from the Galaxy Store or Good Lock itself.
