All Galaxy S26 models get LTPO M14 OLED displays
According to information passed along by @Gadgetsdata on X, the standard Galaxy S26 will feature a 6.3-inch flat LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, using Samsung’s newer M14 panel technology. This keeps the phone firmly in the compact flagship category while maintaining top-tier display quality and adaptive refresh for efficiency.
The Galaxy S26+ allegedly gets the same OLED panel with a 6.7-inch diagonal, while the S26 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch screen with identical specs. The leak also confirms an upgrade to a 12MP lens for the 3x zoom camera. While the source only mentions the smaller two models, the Ultra should get the same 3x camera.
Additionally, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ are said to feature a 50MP primary shooter and a 12MP ultrawide lens. It’s unclear if the 50MP camera employs a new sensor or the same one as the 2025 models. Earlier leaks hinted at an upgraded sensor for the upcoming flagships. The Galaxy S26 Ultra may also get upgrades to its 200MP main camera and 50MP 5x zoom lens. The 50MP ultrawide camera may carry over unchanged.
Moving on, the latest leak mentions a 4,300mAh battery for the base Galaxy S26, a notable jump over the S25’s 4,000mAh unit. However, the charging speed remains unchanged at 25W. The Galaxy S26+ keeps the same 4,900mAh battery and 45W charging as its predecessor. The Ultra, on the other hand, looks set for a charging boost to 60W.
Exynos or Snapdragon, depending on the region
As expected, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ are rumored to ship with either Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, depending on the market. This dual-chip strategy is one of Samsung’s most debated decisions, but the company isn’t changing it. The good news is that the Galaxy S26 Ultra may run on the Snapdragon globally.
The leak also points to a solid set of modern features, including Qi2 wireless charging, USB 3.2 for faster data transfer, and IP68 water and dust resistance. Qi2 support in particular stands out, as it signals stronger alignment with next-generation wireless charging accessories and magnetic ecosystems. Stay tuned for the official launch in the coming weeks. Leaks point to a February 25 unveiling of Samsung’s Galaxy S26 lineup.
