Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 next month. Both smartphones have already appeared on multiple certification platforms, which clearly indicates that Samsung is actively working on them. Now, new case renders for both devices have surfaced online, giving us an early look at their possible design and suggesting a few noticeable changes compared to their predecessors.

Upcoming Galaxy A37 and A57 could look slightly different

A Hong Kong based case maker, Dux Ducis (1, 2) has listed protective cases for the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 on its website. These listings offer a good idea of the phone’s overall shape, button placement, and port layout. From the front, Samsung does not seem to be making any major changes. The general design remains familiar with the bezels appearing slightly thinner this time. The most noticeable change comes from the rear camera design.

Samsung seems to be shifting toward a new pill shaped, plateau-style camera layout. We have already seen this design language on the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and recent case listings for the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ suggest that Samsung plans to equip them with the new design too. Now, the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 also appear to follow the same approach.

Both devices feature a raised pill shaped camera module that houses the camera lenses in a vertical layout. The LED flash sits separately and is embedded into the back panel. The camera bump on both models appears slightly more raised than before, which could indicate camera hardware improvements. Recent leaks suggest that Samsung may upgrade the cameras on both models, which could explain the redesigned module. However, the raised camera bump may cause the phones to wobble more when placed on a flat surface.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 in February 2025, likely at the same price as their predecessors. Both models may feature an improved 50MP main camera. If the launch happens early, they could debut with One UI 8 instead of One UI 8.5. More details should emerge as we get closer to the official launch.
