Samsung Teases ‘The First Look 2026’ Event for January 4 Ahead of CES

Samsung has an impressive lineup ahead, and 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year. In the midst of this momentum, the company has announced its The First Look 2026 event on YouTube, with the video offering subtle hints at what Samsung may showcase. According to the announcement, the event will take place on January 4 at the Wynn Las Vegas. And this will be the company’s biggest CES showcase yet.
Samsung to host The First Look 2026 at Wynn Las Vegas in one month
It’s also the same venue where Samsung previously announced it would host its main showcase during CES 2026, which is scheduled to begin on January 6. However, media-only events often take place ahead of the main show. That leads to the big question: what might Samsung unveil at this event?
The 11-second teaser barely reveals anything explicitly, but it does hint at a focus on smart home technology. There’s also a strong possibility that the company could showcase the Galaxy Z TriFold in the U.S. The device is set to go on sale shortly in South Korea, while the US launch is planned for the first quarter of 2026. The YouTube description, if it reveals anything at all, simply reads: “Experience what’s next, first.”
