Samsung Opens Two New Experience Stores in the US

Samsung aims to shape the future of retail with the consumer experience as the focal point. The company has now opened two new Samsung Experience Stores in the US. One is located at Queens Center in New York, while the other is at the Mall of America in Minnesota. As part of the celebrations, the firm is offering exclusive perks to visitors for a limited period.

Samsung’s Experience Stores feature a flexible, modular design focusing on how customers move and interact. The stores not only spotlight new devices but also offer interactive zones for an engaging guest experience. Each store serves as a hub for education, exploration, and service.

On October 24, Samsung celebrated the grand openings of both new stores with events. The celebrations included ribbon-cutting ceremonies, live music, and personalized pop socket stations. Company officials also spoke about the reason for choosing these locations for Galaxy expansion.

“This moment is about more for us than unveiling a new space. It’s about bringing Samsung’s vision for the future of retail into the heart of the community,” said Carrie Jacobso, Head of MX Retail at Queens Center. “A future where innovation, discovery, and premium personalized service come together for our neighbors and visitors alike.”

Meanwhile, Samsung’s Galaxy Street Teams also hosted a prize drawing game, distributing branded keys near the store openings. The teams invited people to visit the new store and try their luck at unlocking prizes. The rewards included products like the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Buds 3.

If you visit the new stores before November 9, you can enjoy a bunch of grand-opening offers. These include an enhanced trade-in value of up to $800 for qualifying devices and Galaxy Buds 3 for only $99. Samsung now plans to open a third store in the Los Cerritos Center (California) by the end of 2025.
