Samsung Is Opening Three New Experience Stores in the US

Online shopping might be super convenient, but Samsung thinks some things are just better experienced in person. To prove it, the company’s rolling out three new Samsung Experience Stores across the US. before the end of 2025, complete with some sweet deals to celebrate the openings.

Samsung adds new Experience Stores ahead of the year’s close

The new Samsung stores will pop up at Queens Center in New York, Mall of America in Minnesota, and Los Cerritos Center in California. Like the others, each location will feature Samsung’s full lineup of products. That includes anything from Galaxy phones and smartwatches to laptops, tablets, and TVs. Visitors can try out the latest devices, get expert help from trained staff, or swing by the Samsung Care Center for quick repairs.

Samsung Experience Store

Samsung first introduced its Experience Stores in 2019 to make its products feel more personal. Instead of just reading about Galaxy AI or the newest foldables online, customers can see how they actually work in person. Since then, the company has expanded to dozens of locations around the world.

You can score deals at Queens Center and Mall of America stores

To kick things off, Samsung is rolling out grand opening deals at the Queens Center and Mall of America stores. Visit before November 9, and you can score an enhanced trade-in credit of up to $800 with a qualifying device or grab a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 for just $99.
