There’s another workaround which asks you to reset Pixel 10, but I’d not recommend doing so.

While a few users report temporary success, most continue to face connectivity issues. Early reports suggest a recent software update on the Pixel 10 could be responsible, though some speculate that recent Galaxy Watch security updates may also play a role. If you’re planning to pair a Pixel 10 with a Galaxy Watch, it’s better to wait until the pairing issues are resolved.
