MultiStar 10.1.14 Update Brings New FlipShot Stickers and Emojis

Samsung has updated its MultiStar app to version 10.1.14. The latest build brings new stickers and emojis to improve the FlipShot experience on Flip phones, along with minor bug fixes. The update should be available to all eligible Galaxy users globally within the next few days.

Samsung rolls out new MultiStar update with FlipShot enhancements

MultiStar is a popular module within Samsung’s Good Lock app. It improves the multitasking experience on Galaxy devices through customized split-screen, pop-up views, and more. A few weeks ago, the module introduced a new cover screen feature called FlipShot for Galaxy Z Flip devices running One UI 8. It allows users to display photos or messages on the cover screen when taking mirror selfies with the rear camera.

With the latest update, MultiStar now offers a bunch of stickers and emojis for an enhanced FlipShot experience. Furthermore, the update fixes a few bugs to improve overall stability and performance. Note that the update is intended for One UI 8 devices, meaning older version users will not receive the latest enhancements. It appears that the new stickers and emojis are specific to FlipShot on clamshell devices, while the bug fixes apply to all One UI 8 devices.

To check if your Galaxy device has received the latest MultiStar update, open the Good Lock app and go to the Plugins tab. All pending updates appear at the top — tap on the Update button to install the latest version. As always, Samsung does not roll out updates for its apps simultaneously for all users, so wait for a few days to enjoy the new FlipShot stickers and emojis.

Meanwhile, Samsung has expanded its One UI 8 beta program to several devices, including the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Flip 6. The official version will begin rolling out sometime this month, starting with the Galaxy S25 series. We will let you know when the company pushes the stable update.
