Samsung Notes Update 4.4.30.63 Brings New Features and Bug Fixes

Samsung has released an update for its Samsung Notes app with version 4.4.30.63. The update brings two new useful features and bug fixes to improve stability and performance. The company is gradually rolling out the new build worldwide for all eligible Galaxy devices, so it may take a few weeks to reach you.
What’s new in the latest Samsung Notes app update?
Samsung Notes app lets you create notes with text, images, voice recordings, and more. It also provides different brush types and color mixers to draw paintings like professional painters. You can save your creations to the Cloud or share them on social media. The good thing is you can protect notes with a password. Moreover, it supports importing older notes from S Note or Memo for seamless continuity.
With the latest update, the company now aims to enhance the note-taking experience. It brings support for landscape layout and sticky notes. The former should allow users to see and write notes in horizontal orientation, while the latter may provide quick access to saved notes. We have not received the new update on our devices, so we are unable to test the new features yet.
In addition to the new features, the changelog also mentioned bug fixes, though it did not specify the addressed issues. We can assume the company has fixed known bugs from previous versions to make the app more stable and responsive. The update might also bring some under-the-hood improvements for a seamless user experience.
As of now, it is unclear whether the new version is intended for One UI 8 devices or older versions. Some Galaxy S24 Ultra and S25 Ultra users running the One UI 8 beta have received it. Surprisingly, it has not yet landed on stable One UI 8 devices like the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7. Anyway, keep an eye on the Galaxy Store via Menu > Update. If the update is ready for your device, Samsung Notes will show up in the list.
