Galaxy Tab S11 Spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 9400+ Chipset

Rumors have been flying for a while now that Samsung’s quietly working on three new tablets: the Galaxy Tab S11, Tab S11 Ultra, and Tab S10 Lite. Last month, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite popped up on Geekbench, showing it’ll be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 chip. Now, the Galaxy Tab S11 has also made an appearance on Geekbench, revealing some key specs ahead of launch.
Galaxy Tab S11 makes a surprise entry on Geekbench, reveals key specs
As Abhishek Yadav reports on X, the Galaxy Tab S11 (SM-X736B) has stopped by Geekbench. Even though the tipster previously claimed it to be the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, he later clarified (via NotebookCheck) that it’s actually the standard Galaxy Tab S11. And not the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra as initially thought.

Speaking of what the benchmarks reveal, the Galaxy Tab S11 will pack the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with the Mali-G925 GPU. For the uninitiated, the Dimensity 9400+ is MediaTek’s premium flagship offering. For a bit of context, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra runs on the Dimensity 9300+ chipset.
The new chipset comes with a 1+3+4 CPU core configuration, clocked at impressive speeds of 3.73 GHz, 3.3 GHz, and 2.4 GHz. In Geekbench 6.4 benchmark testing, the Galaxy Tab S11 pulls in 1,420 in single-core and 5,312 in multi-core scores. Additionally, the device packs 12GB of RAM and runs Android 16-based One UI 8, as shown.
There’s no official word yet on when the Galaxy Tab S11 will make its debut. But chances are high it could follow the previous Galaxy Tab S10 series launch timeline. Based on that pattern, we can expect the next-gen Galaxy Tab lineup to drop sometime toward the end of Q3 this year. And of course, by then, the tablets will come running One UI 8.
