Samsung has rolled out new updates for NotiStar, Samsung Find, and Secure Wi-Fi. These updates improve performance, usability, security, and more, providing a seamless and safer user experience. The new versions should be available to Galaxy users worldwide in the coming weeks.

Samsung releases big updates to its three popular apps

Part of Good Lock, NotiStar is Samsung’s notification management service. With the latest version 8.0.33.00, the app improves performance and fixes a known issue. Previously, users saw a bug when entering keywords with spaces, which caused filtering issues. The company has now patched the bug with this build. Note that if you have already created filters with spaces will need to manually check and adjust them. Make sure you restart your device after installing the update.

Speaking of Samsung Find, it lets you share your location with family and friends, keeping everyone connected. Thanks to its real-time GPS tracking, it also helps protect your Galaxy devices from loss and makes it easy to find them. Now, version 1.8.00.16 of the app brings new features and improvements. The most notable addition is Lost Mode for phones and tablets, allowing users to secure their devices.

Furthermore, the company improves the approval process for location sharing in the People tab. It also enhances map search and usability on large screens for a more user-friendly experience. This build contains several bug fixes and stability improvements to boost the reliability.

Meanwhile, Secure Wi-Fi, which protects you on unsecured public Wi-Fi networks, has also received a new update. It brings enhanced UX for improved usability and a smoother experience. The firm has also strengthened security by applying the ML-KEM algorithm, a post-quantum cryptography standard. When you enable auto-protect Wi-Fi, it processes location information. However, the update removes support for the widget on devices running One UI 8 or higher.

If you want to install the latest versions of NotiStar, Samsung Find, and Secure Wi-Fi, head over to the Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates.
