Fortunately, the only affected device so far is the limited-edition Galaxy Z Fold SE, keeping its impact minimal. Samsung has already pulled the update for this model.

While this workaround prevents the phone from becoming unusable, it’s far from convenient on a daily basis.

In light of the widespread complaints, Samsung has acted quickly by withdrawing the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Z Fold SE from its servers. This means users who hadn’t already downloaded the package will now need to wait until a patched version is released.
