Samsung Offers Google AI Pro Free for 6 Months on Select Galaxy Phones

If you want to access Google’s advanced AI models but their high price is keeping you away, we have good news for Galaxy fans. Samsung is offering six months of Google AI One Pro for free to its latest premium Galaxy smartphone users. This allows eligible users to access Gemini 2.5 Pro, Flow, Gemini in Workspace apps, and 2TB of storage.

Eligible Galaxy device users can access Google AI Pro for free

Google’s AI Pro (previously known as AI Premium) costs $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year. Thanks to the growing partnership between Google and Samsung, the Korean company is able to offer this premium AI plan for free. Unfortunately, this offer is not available to all Galaxy device users. Here’s the list of eligible models (via PhoneArena):

• Galaxy S25
• Galaxy S25+
• Galaxy S25 Ultra
• Galaxy Z Fold 7
• Galaxy Z Flip 7

Surprisingly, the newly released premium models, Galaxy S25 Edge and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, are missing from the list. Hopefully, Samsung will add these phones to its freebie program in the coming months.

To redeem the offer, first download the Google One app from the Google Play Store. Once you launch the app on an eligible device, you will see the free six-month Google AI One Pro offer. From there, you can easily activate the subscription without paying. Make sure to note the subscription’s expiration date so you can cancel before it charges for renewal.

Apart from the free subscription to Google AI Pro, Samsung is also offering extra perks for its latest foldable device owners. If you have Galaxy Z Fold 7 or Galaxy Z Flip 7, you can enjoy two months free of Adobe Lightroom, 50% off LumaFusion, and 30% off Arcsite and Noteshelf.

Last month, Samsung offered Perplexity Pro to several Galaxy phone and tablet users for free for one year. Now, by giving free access to Google AI Pro, Samsung aims to offer its users an enhanced AI experience.
