The Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 debuted two years ago and they are now available through Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed program. These are renewed phones. In other words, they are previously owned or returned Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 units. Each one has been inspected and repaired if necessary. They are then tested to meet Samsung’s quality standards and repackaged for resale. They also come with a one-year warranty.

This also means you can save big when purchasing either of these phones. How much exactly? Nearly half the price of what you would pay for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7. Sure, the newer models just launched. The price difference might feel unfair, but it gives you a clear idea of the savings.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 (256GB) is available for as low as $1,169 without trade-ins in Phantom Black. Meanwhile, the 512GB variant is $1,219. If you plan to trade in a device, you can save up to $866. However, this applies only when trading in an iPhone 16 Pro Max. What’s nice is that you can still have Samsung Care+ on this phone, even though it is essentially a renewed device. As with other devices, the final payment can be made in one lump sum. Alternatively, you can pay $48.71 per month for 24 months, whichever you prefer.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 can be yours for $649 without trade-ins for the 256GB variant. The 512GB variant costs $699. It is available only in Graphite. With eligible trade-ins, you can save up to an additional $527. Like the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Flip 5 comes with a one-year warranty. You can also opt for Samsung Care+ and choose whether to pay in full or through monthly installments.
