Starting today, you can buy the Galaxy S26 series everywhere as preorders have ended. According to Samsung, preorders for the Galaxy S26 series were up 25%, and 8 out of 10 buyers chose the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Much of that could be because the base and Plus models saw a price hike, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra kept the same price.

It turns out some of us are seeing better launch-day deals on the Galaxy S26 Ultra compared to the preorder window. Whatever the reason, if you haven’t bought the Galaxy S26 series yet, you might want to pull the trigger now. It looks like Samsung is offering a free double storage upgrade when you buy the Galaxy S26 Ultra using the Shop Samsung app. And even though Samsung has revised the trade-in credits, when you do the math, you’ll actually end up saving more than you could during the preorder period.
