However, a recent Galaxy S25+ battery explosion has once again raised concerns about smartphone safety. The phone reportedly exploded when the user was charging it.

However, this battery explosion suggests even the premium devices are not completely free from risk. Recently, a couple of images allegedly showing an exploded Galaxy S25+ surfaced on the web (now deleted). We can see the middle frame of the phone has melted badly, as well as clear signs of swelling. It looks like the battery has expanded and forced the phone to explode. This incident usually happens due to overheating, low battery quality, and issues during charging.

As of now, the exact reason for the explosion remains a mystery, but the phone allegedly exploded while charging. It is also unclear whether the user was using the original charger or a non-certified third-party charger.
