Samsung Upgrades New Galaxy AI Subscription Club Ahead of S26 Launch

Samsung has upgraded its New Galaxy AI Subscription Club in its home country, South Korea. This comes just days ahead of the much-awaited launch of the Galaxy S26 series. As such, the upcoming flagship customers will be able to enjoy enhanced convenience and benefits.

Samsung brings a 3-year plan to the New Galaxy AI Subscription Club

When Samsung debuted its New Galaxy AI Subscription Club with the Galaxy S25 series, it saw a massive response from users. The service offers benefits such as up to 50% of the device’s value when returned after one year, Samsung Care+, and discounts on mobile accessories. This year, the company has upgraded the service for even more peace of mind.

Samsung has introduced a new three-year subscription plan, alongside the previous one-year and two-year options. The former allows customers to return their device after a year for 50% of its standard price, while the latter offers 40% of the price after two years of use. Buyers can subscribe to either option for a monthly fee of KRW 6,900 with the Galaxy S series.

Customers can opt for the newly introduced three-year plan at a monthly fee of KRW 8,900. They will receive 25% off the standard price after three years of use while enjoying 36 months of Samsung Care+ coverage during the subscription period. The benefits include loss/damage compensation, free repair, battery replacement, and on-site repair service.

Furthermore, all subscription plans offer more compensation benefits in the event of damage from cyber financial crimes. Subscribers can enjoy up to 3 million KRW for incidents such as phishing, smishing, hacking, or pharming. For damage from internet direct transactions or shopping mall fraud, they can get up to KRW 500,000, with a deductible of either 20% of the damage or KRW 100,000.

Thanks to the Samsung Care Plus Exclusive Window, subscribers can receive priority service at Service Centers with no limit on visits during the subscription period.

Benefits for existing subscribers

Meanwhile, Samsung has brought re-subscription benefits for previous subscribers. Galaxy S25 series device buyers with a one-year subscription can receive three months of support when buying a new Galaxy smartphone and rejoining the subscription service. Moreover, they will get Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance 365 Travel Insurance coverage for one year.
