Today, Samsung surprised everyone by rolling out the One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic. Samsung is now rolling out the One UI 8 Watch for Galaxy Watch 5 (LTE) in India

As spotted by Tarun Vats, the One UI 8 Watch update for Galaxy Watch 5 (LTE) users is now rolling out at full pace in India. The build version is R925FXXU1DYK4, and the update size is around 1.8 GB. Like most other watch updates, it also comes with the October 2025 security patch.

So, Galaxy Watch 5 (LTE) users in India can check for the latest update and install it right away. To do so, head to the Galaxy Wearable app on your paired phone and navigate to Watch settings > Watch software update. The process will not take long, and you will soon see the new One UI 8 Watch interface on your smartwatch.

Having that said, One UI 8 Watch comes packed with a range of new features to try. These include stackable tiles, the Now Bar, new charging animations, more customizable actions, and more. As with any major smartwatch update, you will also find a set of new watch faces.
