Samsung has already completed its major flagship launch of the year with the Galaxy S26 series. Next in line are two very popular budget models, the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57. We are now very close to their launch, and several details about both phones have already surfaced online. Earlier today, the Galaxy A57 was listed, and now the Galaxy A37 design has appeared as well, giving us a clear look at its expected design and specifications. Surprisingly, it also hints at a possible launch date for the Galaxy A37 and A57.

Galaxy A37 renders reveal look, specifications, and a possible launch timeline

The design of the Galaxy A37 has now surfaced online through retailer listings. These renders give us a detailed look at the phone from multiple angles and in different colors. The Galaxy A37 will succeed the Galaxy A36, which launched last year. The leaked images show the phone in Awesome White, Awesome Charcoal, Awesome Greygreen, and my favorite, Awesome Lavender. All colors look quite clean and modern. However, another possible color, the Awesome Navy, has still not been listed.

Overall, the Galaxy A37 looks sleek and attractive in all colors. However, the bezels still appear quite thick for a phone in this price segment. Its bigger sibling, the Galaxy A57, is expected to feature noticeably thinner bezels, which gives it a more premium look. The chin on the Galaxy A57 also looks significantly slimmer. While there is a price gap between the two models, Samsung could have reduced the bezels slightly on the Galaxy A37 as well. Many competing phones in this segment already offer thinner bezels.

Galaxy A37’s specifications

On the back, the phone features Samsung’s familiar camera plateau design with three lenses placed vertically. The expected camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP macro lens. The camera module has a thin surrounding frame that matches the body color, giving it a clean finish. The LED flash sits outside the camera plateau. On the right side frame, the phone features Samsung’s ‘Key Island’ design with the power and volume buttons.

On the front, the Galaxy A37 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 12MP punch-hole front camera. The device should measure 7.4mm in thickness, weigh around 196g, and carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy A37 is expected to run on Samsung’s Exynos 1480 chipset, which should deliver around 20% better CPU performance compared to its predecessor. The phone should also feature a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. For memory, the base variant is expected to start with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Other features should include Wi-Fi 6, dual SIM support, and One UI 8.5 out of the box.

Possible launch timeline

The page mentions a pre-sale from 12th March to 20th March. This likely means it is part of their promotional offer, and the official release for the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 could take place on the last day or a few days after that, possibly on 21st or 22nd March. However, nothing has been officially confirmed yet. The exact pricing is still unclear, but it may be higher than its predecessor. Since these details are based on leaks, we should get clearer information closer to the official launch.
