Here’s Our First Look at Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy A57

If reports are anything to go by, Samsung may take the wraps off the newest members of the Galaxy A line in mid-February. Just recently, the Galaxy A57 appeared on TENAA certification, revealing its full specs. Now, we can have our first look at the Galaxy A57.

Via The Tech Outlook, the Galaxy A57 has surfaced bearing the model number SM-A5760, with the last digit indicating the Chinese variant. It confirms information you may already know, with nothing new to add. More importantly, though, it shows the Galaxy A57’s design from all angles.

These images reveal the upcoming design changes. One of the most obvious ones you’ll notice is that the Galaxy A57 loosely mimics the upcoming Galaxy S26’s camera island. It adds a layered detail around the camera area, making it look slightly different from the previous model. The LED flash remains in the same position as on its predecessor, the Galaxy A56.

It’s slimmer and lighter than predecessor

It not only looks thinner, but it actually is. The Galaxy A56 measures 162.2 × 77.5 × 7.4 mm, while the Galaxy A57 measures 161.5 × 76.8 × 6.9 mm. This means the Galaxy A57 is slightly shorter and narrower, and more importantly, slimmer. On top of that, there will be a noticeable difference in weight too, as the Galaxy A57 weighs 16g less than its predecessor.

It’s shown in a purple-like shade, and sadly, we don’t know whether this color will be limited to a specific region or if Samsung will bring it to more markets. It may also be called something else. Nevertheless, the company will likely add an “Awesome” prefix to the color, as it often does. We can expect an official announcement in the coming weeks.
