Google Expands Its AI Tool Mixboard to Over 180 Countries

Google’s creative AI tool, Mixboard, is now available in more than 180 countries around the world. The tool lets you turn your ideas into visual boards through text prompts. In the latest update, the company has made the boards four times larger, giving users enough space to organize their ideas.
Google’s Mixboard lets you bring ideas to life with AI
Launched in September 2025, Mixboard is an experimental concepting board that helps people explore, expand, and refine ideas using AI. It lets you visualize a host of possibilities, from home decor to new product ideas. You can begin the project by entering a simple text prompt or choosing from pre-populated boards. Moreover, you can also upload your own images, add text notes, and rearrange items on an open canvas.
Thanks to the integration of Nano Banana, an AI image generation and image editing tool, you can make natural language edits to images. Furthermore, “regenerate and “more like this” help you explore new versions of your concept without starting over.

Since its launch, Google has been working to bring Mixboard to as many people as possible. With the latest rollout, the tool is now available in over 180 countries (see the full list of supported countries here). If you live in an eligible country and want to try out Mixboard, you need to visit labs.google.com. Now sign in with your Google account and then create a new board to start experimenting. You can also generate a shareable link by clicking on the share button.
Note that Mixboard is still an experimental product as part of Google Labs. So, you should not expect a fully polished experience just yet. The company may continue to bring new features and improvements to make the platform more useful. For example, in response to user feedback, it has made the size of the boards four times larger than in the initial version.
