Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Could Finally Get a Battery Boost, Details Revealed

Rumors have been flying that Samsung is working on at least three new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. The third one was recently spotted in a Geekbench test, and now there’s finally some good news for the first two. Specifically, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra may be in for a huge battery upgrade.
Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra battery details have just leaked
The upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra may launch later this year. Although that’s still months away, GalaxyClub may have spotted battery details for both the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra.

According to the report, the Galaxy Tab S11 will feature a battery rated at 8,160 mAh. This suggests it could be marketed with a typical capacity of 8,400 mAh, which is the same as the Galaxy Tab S9. Therefore, there is no change in battery size for the base model.
As for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, it will reportedly feature a battery with a rated capacity of 11,374 mAh. That’s about 500 mAh higher than the Tab S10 Ultra’s 10,880 mAh. The Tab S10 Ultra’s advertised capacity is 11,200 mAh. So, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra’s advertised capacity could be around 11,700 mAh, or potentially close to 12,000 mAh. That’s a big battery upgrade, since battery sizes haven’t really changed since the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.
In case you missed it, Samsung is bringing back a base Galaxy Tab S11 model, which was absent from the Galaxy Tab S10 series. Moreover, both upcoming tablets could feature the Dimensity 9400 chipset. There’s no word yet on a Galaxy Tab S11 Plus, but we’ll see if it also makes to the story. For now, we expect only Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra could see a 2025 release.
