Galaxy Tab A11+ Officially Launches with One UI 8, DeX Support

Earlier this year, Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab A11 series, consisting of the standard Tab A11 and a more capable Tab A11+ model. While the base variant hit stores soon after the announcement, the Plus version was held back for a later release. Now, the Galaxy Tab A11+ has finally gone on sale in select regions, giving users another budget-friendly option with a larger display and upgraded hardware.

Samsung’s affordable tablet lineup expands with the arrival of Galaxy Tab A11+

The Galaxy Tab A11+ builds on the foundation of the regular A11 with a larger 11-inch LCD screen featuring a 90Hz refresh rate and a 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chipset with up to 8GB RAM. Samsung offers up to 256GB of storage, alongside 2TB of expandable storage via a micro SD card.

The tablet packs a 7,040mAh battery and supports 25W wired charging, up from the base model’s 15W charging. It ships with One UI 8 based on Android 16, and is eligible for seven major Android OS upgrades (up to Android 23) and seven years of security updates, similar to flagship models. The base Tab A11 gets the same long-term update support, but it runs Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.

The Galaxy Tab A11+ also has an 8MP autofocus camera on the back and a 5MP selfie shooter. It boasts Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.3, and 5G connectivity options. Other highlights include quad stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos sound, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Samsung DeX support. The tablet has dimensions of 168.7 x 257.1 x 6.9 mm and weighs 482 grams.

This device is now available for purchase in the UK, Ukraine, and select other markets. A wider rollout may follow in the coming weeks. The 128GB Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G costs ₴11,999 (approx. $285) in Ukraine, while the 256GB model costs ₴14,999 (approx. $356). In the UK, Samsung is currently selling the Wi-Fi versions at £249 (128GB) and £299 (256GB), while the 5G versions cost £50 more.
