Update 10/08 2:30 PM EST: The original poster wrote on X that they took this picture from a βrandom X userβ who had βmany followers.β This was in response to OnLeaksβ reaction suggesting that these images might be AI-generated, which we already noted in our original report, stating that these are dummies. So, for now, itβs best to take them with a grain of salt.Β
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra has surfaced again, this time through new dummy unit photos showcasing the phone in multiple colors. An image posted on Reddit shows the device in silver, orange, and gold. It also confirms a few expected design details, such as the return of a prominent camera bump and rounder corners, giving the device a slightly softer look compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Galaxy S26 Ultra dummies surface in multiple colors
The bright orange variant has attracted the most attention, largely because it looks quite similar to Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max in its new “Cosmic Orange” finish. This resemblance has already sparked online debate, though it’s important to note that these dummies may not represent Samsungβs final color choices.
Dummy units like these are usually created for accessory makers ahead of launch, and their finishes could differ from the retail versions. Samsung may still adjust the color lineup before the phone’s official debut early next year. Traditionally, silver or gray shades are part of the Ultra lineup, while bold colors like orange or gold sometimes appear as limited or region-specific options.
However, if Samsung does end up offering the Galaxy S26 Ultra in an orange finish, it’s sure to draw criticism for “copying” Apple. We shall find out the full color lineup for the 2026 flagships in the coming weeks, once the devices enter mass production.
Aside from color, the leaked image reaffirms that the GalaxyΒ S26 Ultra will have rounder edges and a more defined camera island, marking a subtle but noticeable shift in Samsung’s flagship design. The company is fine-tuning its design language with modern aesthetics in a slimmer build. Stay tuned for more.
