Galaxy S26 Cases Leak Again, Confirm Ultra’s Unusual S Pen Position

As the launch nears, Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series continues to make a lot of headlines. This time, newly leaked case images have surfaced online, backing earlier rumors about the redesigned layout of the flagships. Most notably, the leaks confirm the Ultra model’s unusual S Pen placement.

Samsung Galaxy S26 series may get a refined design

The leaked cases (shared by noted tipster Evan Blass) reaffirm changes coming to the camera layout of the Galaxy S26 series. The Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a quad-camera setup, with three lenses housed in a pill-shaped camera island and a fourth sensor sitting separately on the back. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ may share an identical design with a triple-camera setup within the camera bump.

The tipster also posted a purported image of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, revealing the phone’s left side design. The image shows that the left side is completely clean, suggesting that the power and volume keys remain on the right side. Furthermore, the image supports previous claims about the new S Pen slot, which now sits in the far bottom-left corner of the device.

This unusual S Pen placement is likely the result of Samsung’s design changes for the S26 Ultra. The phone may feature more rounded corners than the Galaxy S25 Ultra to improve ergonomics. As such, the S Pen itself may receive a small redesign. There’s chatter that the stylus will feature a curved or asymmetrical cap (upper tip) to match the phone’s rounded corners.
