Galaxy A57 Moves Closer to Launch with Bluetooth Approval

As Samsung prepares to take the wraps off the Galaxy S26 lineup, the company is also quietly moving ahead with another important smartphone launch. The upcoming Galaxy A57, Samsung’s next premium mid-range device, is steadily making its way through the usual pre-launch formalities. It recently popped up on the Bluetooth certification site.
Galaxy A57 grabs Bluetooth certification ahead of launch
The Bluetooth SIG recently certified multiple variants of the Galaxy A57 bearing the model number SM-A576, including the US variant. However, it’s unclear whether the US release will be delayed like last year. The Galaxy A56 didn’t arrive here until a few months after international markets.
Speaking of the launch, Samsung could introduce the new premium mid-range handset in late March, if not earlier. While we do not have official dates yet, this Bluetooth certification suggests the countdown has begun. The Galaxy A37 should accompany the Galaxy A57.
As usual, the Bluetooth listing doesn’t reveal detailed specifications for this phone. However, a lot is already known, thanks to leaks and other regulatory certifications. The Galaxy A57 may feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung could equip it with its in-house Exynos 1680 processor clocked at 2.9GHz. The phone should come in 8GB and 12GB RAM options, paired with 128GB and 256GB of storage.
Additionally, the Galaxy A57 may sport a triple rear camera system with a 50MP primary shooter, 12MP ultra-wide lens, and 5MP macro camera. On the front, we may get a 12MP front-facing selfie camera. The whole setup could be fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging. There should also be an under-display fingerprint scanner here, though the phone may miss out on wireless charging. We should get a clearer picture in the coming weeks.
