Galaxy A07 Leak Reveals Complete Specs and Design Ahead of Launch

Samsung recently launched its affordable Galaxy A17 5G smartphone in some regions. Now, the Korean firm is gearing up to introduce another cheaper model called the Galaxy A07 for budget-conscious buyers. A fresh leak paints a full picture of its design through renders, alongside key specifications.

Here’s what Samsung is planning with the upcoming Galaxy A07 4G

Like its predecessor, the Galaxy A07 will also come in 4G and 5G versions. However, as of now, only the 4G model’s launch is around the corner, while the 5G model may debut in early 2026. It looks like Samsung’s market research still points to demand for 4G devices in 2025, and hence, the firm is not phasing out the older connectivity option from its affordable A-series lineup.

Ahead of its debut, tipster @Sudhanshu1414 shared the complete specifications as well as renders in three colors. As you can see in the images below, the Galaxy A07 features a waterdrop notch screen with thicker bezels, the same as last year’s A06. However, the company has revamped the back look — it ditched the separate dual-camera layout for a pill-shaped camera bump, where the lenses sit inside the module. The device will be available in dark green, silver, and black colors.

Specifications

The Galaxy A07 will feature a 6.7-inch PLS LCD screen with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, Samsung will equip the device with a Helio G99 chipset, an upgrade from the Helio G85 found in the A06. The phone will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.8) main lens and a 2MP (f/2.4) secondary sensor. For selfies, it will house an 8MP (f/2.0) unit within a U-shaped cutout at the top of the display.

Software-wise, it will ship with Android 15 (One UI 7) and will support six years of major software updates. The Galaxy A07 4G will be fueled by a 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. It will have a bunch of connectivity options such as dual SIM, microSD slot, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 5, USB-C, and 3.5mm jack. Furthermore, its IP54 rating will ensure protection against dust and splashes.
