Entire Pixel 10 Series Leaks via Play Store Promo

If you follow consumer tech even just a little, you’d know that Pixel leaks are nothing new. They’re as common as dirt. In fact, you hear those headlines popping up every year, and yet, nothing ever seems to change. That being said, it looks like Google finally decided to throw in the towel on the recent Pixel 10 series leaks. It took matters into their own hands by showcasing the entire family through a Play Store promo.

Pixel 10 series leaks again, and this time Google did it

Folks over at Android Authority were quick to grab a promo image from the Play Store, revealing the entire Pixel 10 series. The image features the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel 10 Pro XL, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 (left to right). You can also see that the Pixel 10 opts for a more muted color palette across the lineup. In this promo image, only the Pixel 10 stands out in indigo blue, while the rest appear to be dressed in a Moonstone shade.

For other phone makers, it’s quite rare to show off upcoming phones in such a fashion. But for Google, it’s just another day. Or another Pixel launch. In the past, Google has listed Pixel phones on the Store itself well before the official launch. That’s exactly what’s happening now. The Pixel 10 series is at least a month away from launch, but this teaser gives the impression that the Made by Google event happened just yesterday.

The Play Store also shows that Google will give early buyers a small $50 discount. The exact details aren’t clear yet, but it looks like the offer lasts until October 13. It’s not certain whether this deal applies only on the Play Store or is available elsewhere as well. The full launch will take place on August 20 at the Made by Google event. Google has already started sending out invites to select press.

On August 20, Google will most likely take the wraps off the full Pixel 10 series, as well as new Pixel Buds and Pixel Watch 4. It’ll be interesting to see what new features all the phones bring to the table. But so far, rumors suggest Galaxy Z Fold 7 buyers won’t be too impressed by the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
