Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 are making a lot of headlines lately. We already know plenty of details, including the designs of both phones, which reveal moderate upgrades over their predecessors. A fresh leak has once again shed light on key specs and look, giving us a better idea of next-gen Galaxy A devices.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A devices emerged online

Tipster Evan Blass recently came across retailer listings that reveal details about the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37. As you can see in the screenshots, both phones may adopt a similar front look to their predecessors. They could feature flat displays with a centered punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The bezels appear unchanged from last year’s models, with a slightly thicker bottom chin.

Samsung could use a 120Hz refresh rate panel on A57 and A37 to improve scrolling. While both phones may feature Super AMOLED technology for deep contrast levels, the Galaxy A57 appears to use a more advanced version, as the listing mentions a Super AMOLED+ panel. Speaking of display size, previous reports suggest that both devices could feature a 6.7-inch screen with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels.

As for dimensions, the listing reveals that the Galaxy A57 could measure 161.5 mm in height, 76.8 mm in width, and 6.9 mm in thickness. If true, this will be quite slimmer than the Galaxy A56 (7.4 mm thick). The phone may weigh around 179 grams, which is lighter than the A56’s 198 g. Meanwhile, the A37 could measure 162.9 x 78.2 x 7.4mm and weigh 196 g.

Familiar camera and battery setup

There appears to be no upgrade in the camera department. The Galaxy A57 could feature a 50MP main camera with OIS and HDR support, paired with a 12MP ultrawide sensor and a 5MP macro lens. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A37 may include the same 50MP and 5MP units, but with a slightly lower resolution 8MP ultrawide camera.

Both Galaxy A57 and A37 could use a 5,000mAh battery, the same capacity as their predecessors. The listing mentions support for 45W fast charging on the A37, which could charge the battery to around 65% in about 30 minutes. We should get the same charging support for the A57 as well.

The listing also hints at a few color options. The Galaxy A37 may come at least in a light violet shade, while the Galaxy A57 may arrive in at least a dark blue variant. Among multiple memory configurations, an option with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage could be available for both devices. We’ll let you know when both devices go official.
