Galaxy A37 Shows Up on Singapore’s IMDA

Samsung is inching closer to refreshing its Galaxy A series lineup, and another model has cleared an important regulatory certification. Yesterday, we reported that the Galaxy A57 received approval from Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and now the Galaxy A37 has been spotted as well.
Galaxy A37 bags IMDA approval ahead of launch
The upcoming Galaxy A37 has appeared on IMDA with the model number “A376B/DS.” The “B” confirms that it’s a global variant, while “DS” indicates dual SIM support. There’s nothing surprising here. And if you’re expecting detailed specs, you might be disappointed because the listing only includes the basics.

Still, its presence suggests that Samsung could be getting ready to unveil the Galaxy A37 soon. It has already shown up in several databases and regulatory certification sites over the past few weeks. All of which strengthens that assumption. CAD renders were also published a few days ago, giving us a closer look at the Galaxy A37.
As for the rumored specs, the Galaxy A37 could pack the Exynos 1480 chipset, paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. Since it looks to launch after the Galaxy S26 series becomes official, it should run One UI 8.5 out of the box and may receive up to six years of updates.
On the camera front, it may include a 50MP wide sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 5MP macro lens. As for the battery, we’re likely looking at the same 5,000mAh cell with 45W wired charging. That’s fairly generous, especially when some of the company’s flagships still ship with slower charging speeds.
