Samsung Reveals Galaxy Book 6 Release Date — A Hint at Galaxy S26?

Samsung is gearing up to bring its latest Galaxy Book 6 series to Europe. After announcing the lineup at CES 2026 and launching it in South Korea, the company has now confirmed availability in several European countries. It could also be a subtle hint at the Galaxy S26 release date.
Samsung confirms European launch date for Galaxy Book 6 series
Samsung’s latest laptop lineup includes the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra, Galaxy Book 6 Pro, and Galaxy Book 6. The company says customers in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordic countries will be able to pre-order these computers from February 25, 2026. The company will kick off general sales on March 11, 2026. It will also make Galaxy Book 6 Enterprise Edition available for businesses in Europe sometime in April 2026.
Interestingly, February 25 is also the date of Galaxy Unpacked in San Francisco, where Samsung could unveil new products, including the Galaxy S26 series and Galaxy Buds 4 lineup. These devices are also likely to open for pre-orders on the same day, suggesting the company aims to offer buyers a full ecosystem experience. Moreover, leaks suggest Samsung will begin Galaxy S26 sales on March 11 too.
Hopefully, the US market will also see Galaxy Book 6 pre-orders open at the same time. The Korean firm has already begun reservations in the stateside, offering a $30 credit.
For the uninitiated, the Galaxy Book 6 and Galaxy Book 6 Pro come in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes, while the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra comes only in a 16-inch variant. Under the hood, the Galaxy Book 6 series uses the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, which effortlessly handle multitasking, creative workloads, and AI-enhanced applications.
Furthermore, Samsung has improved cooling on the Pro and Ultra models thanks to vapor chamber technology and larger internal fins. The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra also features a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU for a seamless gaming experience. As for battery life, the company claims up to 30 hours of video playback on the Ultra.
