No Surprises: Samsung is the Most Admired Company in Korea

Samsung continues to improve customer satisfaction through solid after-sales support. The company’s service center secured the top spot in the “2026 Korea’s Most Admired Companies” survey. This is the firm’s 15th consecutive year of receiving such recognition.
Samsung Service Center redefines after-sales support in Korea
Introduced in 2012, the Korea’s Most Admired Companies survey is conducted by Korea Productivity Association Consulting (KMAC). The program assesses companies across industries based on six core values, including innovation capability and service quality. This year, Samsung’s service center received the highest scores in all 12 evaluation categories, including service reliability, service innovation, customer satisfaction, activities, and social contribution.
Samsung specializes in repair and after-sales services for product categories like home appliances and mobile devices. Last year, more than 90% of customers (who participated in a satisfaction survey) said they were happy with Samsung’s differentiated service and will continue to pick its products in the future.
Samsung uses AI and other smart technologies in its services. Thanks to Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM), you can get professional consultants remotely to diagnose product issues. Service engineers also use the Smart Diagnostic Program, known as HASS (Home Appliance Smart Service), to analyze AI-based usage history. They then provide quick, accurate service based on the product’s condition.
Samsung offers a bunch of benefits through its “Blue Pass” services for home appliance customers. These include AI Pre-Care Notifications, A/S Fast Track, and One More Service. Moreover, the company has begun testing “Baro Service” that lets people get help right where they shop.
“The combined efforts of our employees, who have dedicated themselves to customer satisfaction, and the trust of our customers have enabled us to be ranked first in the service center category for 15 consecutive years. We will continue to repay this commitment with services that add value to Samsung Electronics products,” said Samsung Electronics Service Vice President Kim Young-ho.
