A lot of tech now goes into nearly everything we use. That idea seems to be at the core during The First Look 2026 presentation, which marked Samsung’s opening of CES 2026. Among the more notable products unveiled on stage was a new robot vacuum cleaner called the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra.

Samsung hasn’t put the device on sale yet, and so far we’ve only seen its design at trade shows. However, during The First Look 2026 presentation, the company shared more concrete details about the product. Samsung revealed that the Jet Bot Steam Ultra packs the Qualcomm Dragonwing AI chipset under the hood. Plus, it features an Active Stereo 3D sensor for obstacle detection. This sensor can also identify different types of liquids, including coffee, juice, and water.

The Jet Bot Steam Ultra’s camera enables improved mapping and navigation, but it also lets the robot function as a security camera. For those who don’t have an indoor camera at home, the device can check in on your pets or monitor guests.

The robot also supports Bixby voice control, enabling hands-free cleaning through simple spoken commands. An improved version of Bixby allows for more natural, conversational requests. For example, you can say, “Hi Bixby, I’m going out for lunch, could you clean my bedroom?” and the robot will understand and act accordingly. This is a strong example of how LLMs can be used to interpret intent and execute tasks more effectively.

Despite these new details, key information is still missing. Samsung hasn’t announced when the Jet Bot Steam Ultra will launch. Or which markets it’ll be available in, or how much it’ll cost. We’ll continue to monitor updates and share more information as it becomes available.
