Galaxy Devices Updated to One UI 8 and More This Week (Nov 16–23)

One UI 8 rollout seems to be slowing down this week as only a few Galaxy devices are still left to receive the update. Samsung pushed the One UI 8 firmware to just two devices over the past few days, making it another quiet week on the major software side. Meanwhile, the company is on track with its November 2025 security patch rollout. A huge number of Galaxy devices picked up the latest patch in the last few days. Last updated on November 21.
Samsung slows One UI 8 rollout while November 2025 security patch speeds up
This week, Samsung finally released the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Tab A11 in Korea. Its elder sibling, the Galaxy Tab A11+, already comes with One UI 8 out of the box, so it won’t be getting a separate update. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab A9 started picking up the One UI 8 update in India. It’s clear that Samsung is now at the tail end of its update list. Even though the rollout has slowed, a few models like the Galaxy A15 4G, Galaxy A24, and Galaxy Tab A9+ are still pending. These devices should get the update soon as Samsung wraps up the remaining batch.
