Tap it, navigate to Earbuds software update, and tap Download and install. Tap Install now once the download finishes.

For Galaxy devices on One UI 7 or older, or any other Android phones, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone and go to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Download and install. The rest of the process is the same.
