If you are a Galaxy Watch 7 user and waiting for the stable version of One UI 8 Watch, the wait seems over. The company may push the update at any time, as it has wrapped up the beta program today. As always, we can expect the update to arrive first in South Korea, and then gradually expand to other markets, including the US.

Samsung is preparing a stable One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch 7

Samsung opened the One UI 8 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch 7 in June 2025. While the Ultra model picked up the stable update in July, the Watch 7 remains in the beta phase. Earlier this month, the company released the fifth beta for the Watch 7. It addressed several issues present in the previous beta builds, suggesting this could be the final test of the Wear OS 6-based software.

And it turns out to be true, as Samsung has now closed the beta program for the Galaxy Watch 7. This means no further beta updates are in the pipeline, and the stable version of One UI 8 Watch is just around the corner. The company made this announcement on the beta signup page of the Samsung Members app. This comes after the firm opened the beta program for the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic.

As of now, there is no official word on exactly when Samsung will begin rolling out the stable One UI 8 Watch for the Galaxy Watch 7. However, according to the previous leaked rollout schedule, the final version may arrive on October 1. With One UI 8 Watch, you will get a redesigned interface with more flexible multi-info tiles. Furthermore, it brings a bunch of customization options along with Gemini support and Now Bar integration. You can keep an eye on the latest software update via the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone.
