In a compassionate gesture toward flood-hit communities, Samsung has introduced its Flood Care 2025 program in India. Samsung offers relief on repair costs for flood-affected customers

From September 9 to September 18, 2025, Samsung will provide a 100% discount on labour charges and a 50% discount on repair parts for Galaxy smartphones and home appliances damaged due to floods. The program applies to customers living within the municipal limits of the following states impacted by recent floods: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

According to an official announcement, Galaxy smartphones purchased on or after September 10, 2024, and Samsung home appliances purchased on or after September 10, 2022, are covered under this program. Eligible customers can avail special benefits at any Samsung Authorized Service Center in these states.
