Last week, Samsung launched a new mid-range tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, in several markets. The company is now gearing up to introduce a more affordable option in the form of the Galaxy Tab A11. Thanks to early leaks, we now know the processor and pricing for all connectivity options ahead of launch.

Leak reveals a few key details of the upcoming Galaxy Tab A11

The upcoming Galaxy Tab A11 series will arrive as the successor to the Tab A9 lineup (the company skipped the Tab A10 series last year). Like its predecessors, the new tablet lineup will include two models: Tab A11 and Tab A11+. Tipster Abhishek Yadav recently spotted the base Galaxy Tab A11 with model SM-X135F on Geekbench. The listing reveals it will feature MediaTek’s Helio G99 chipset paired with at least 4GB of RAM.

Built on a 6nm node, the chipset uses an octa-core CPU with 2 high-performance Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and 6 power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. On the graphics front, it features a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU to smooth performance for casual gaming. While the chip is capable, it is somewhat disappointing that Samsung is using a three-year-old chipset in its upcoming budget tablet.

Apart from revealing the processor, the listing also confirms that the Galaxy Tab A11 will run Android 15 (One UI 7) out of the box. Meanwhile, X user @Sudhanshu1414 has shared the prices of the tablet for the European market. The Wi-Fi-only model may cost EUR 199 for the 64GB option and EUR 239 for the 128GB. As for the 4G variant, the company may introduce it at EUR 229 for the 64GB option and EUR 279 for the 128GB.

As far as the launch is concerned, an earlier report suggested that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Tab A11 series sometime this month. It will be interesting to see whether the Korean firm debuts the budget-friendly tablet lineup alongside its premium Galaxy Tab S11 series, which launches on September 4.
