Samsung Upgrades AI Subscription Club with Blue Pass Service

Last year, Samsung launched its AI Subscription Club, letting buyers use its latest AI home appliances at an affordable price. The company has now upgraded this subscription service in its home country, South Korea. It introduced the Blue Pass service to enhance customer convenience and benefits.
Blue Pass makes Samsung’s AI subscription club more convenient
The upgraded AI Subscription Club offers improved care service, more payment options, and partnership benefits. Of course, it still keeps its core purpose of lowering the price burden. Speaking of Blue Pass, it offers five key services to make using Samsung appliances easier. The goal is to strengthen care throughout the entire process, from installation to after-sales service.
If you opt for the AI All-in-One 2.0 plan within the AI Subscription Club, you can enjoy all Blue Pass services. It combines well-received existing services with new additions that customers have asked for. The first new service is A/S Fast Track, which offers priority access to repair services without restrictions on the number of requests. Note that the company may put limitations during the summer months (June to September).
Furthermore, One More Service lets you get an additional inspection of one Samsung home appliance for free. The product covers a bunch of categories such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, system air conditioners, TVs, dryers, and kimchi refrigerators.
Meanwhile, the AI Pre-Care Notification service detects potential problems with appliances in advance. It uses AI to analyze data collected from a remote diagnosis system. If any issues are detected, the service notifies the customer and then processes on-site repair requests. Thanks to SmartThings Setting, it helps you connect your new appliance easily to the smart home platform during installation.
In addition, subscribers can enjoy benefits from 22 affiliate partners in five sectors: transportation and communications, travel and airport, leisure, education, and food and restaurants. The company promises to introduce a time-customized installation service in the fourth quarter of this year. It will allow you to schedule installations at your preferred date and time.
The upgraded AI Subscription Club also includes new payment options, allowing users to pay with their existing credit cards. It has added four new cards: Samsung Card, KB Kookmin Card, Hana Card, and Woori Card.
