How to get these monthly updates on your Galaxy?
To install the June 2025 Google Play System update on your Samsung Galaxy device, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Updates > Google Play System Update. The device will search for updates and start downloading an available patch. The OTA (over the air) file size varies depending on when you last installed a GPSU.
We recently checked for updates on a Galaxy S24 Ultra running the February 2025 build, and the OTA size was 85MB. It is usually a smaller download if you regularly update your device. Note that these monthly releases may not show up on your device sometimes. In that case, wait a few days and check again. Ensure your device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
