Galaxy Z Flip 7 Shows Off Full Cover Display, Slimmer Profile in Latest Renders

Samsung is getting all ready to launch the new foldables at the July Unpacked. Per recent rumors, Galaxy Unpacked will take place on July 9, most likely in New York, which it has indirectly confirmed. Ahead of the big show, high-quality renders of the updated Galaxy Z Flip 7 have already made their way out.

Galaxy Z Flip 7 renders leak again and we’re in for a show!

We’ve actually seen Galaxy Z Flip 7 renders earlier, so this isn’t entirely new. But the updated renders posted by Android Headlines paint a much clearer picture than before. In the latest batch of images, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is shown sporting a full cover display, quite similar to what we’ve seen on the Moto Razr Ultra. You can check out the renders below in Blue and Shadow and Jet Black colorways.

Other than that, the publication notes that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be noticeably lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Z Flip 6. There are no specifics yet, like updated dimensions, but we can expect some solid upgrades coming our way. Even though Samsung has been teasing the elder sibling, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, quite a few times, it’s still keeping the Galaxy Z Flip 7 close to the chest. Chances are, much of the upgrade package will unfold at the event itself.

On top of that, the report says the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will come with an overclocked variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. It might have the same chip we see in the rest of the Galaxy S25 lineup, namely the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. The Flip 7 could pack up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, which matches the predecessor in that regard.

When it comes to cameras, don’t expect a dramatic leap. The same 50MP and 12MP dual-camera setup on the back seems to be sticking around. On the bright side, buyers of either of the new foldables will get a free trial of Google’s AI Pro, which adds a little extra value to the deal.
